Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms apply when you use secretaisidegig.com or buy The Secret AI Side Gig bundle from Gertrude Seco (Cebu, Philippines). By buying, you agree to them.

What you get

• Three ebooks in PDF format: Make Money Building Websites with AI, Get Hired Online and The Client Paperwork Kit
• 12 client paperwork templates and the bonus prompt pack included in the guides
• An invite to the private Discord community

Everything is digital. Nothing is shipped.

Price and the beta offer

The beta price of ₱199 is a one-time payment for the first 100 buyers. The offer ends when 100 copies are sold or on December 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Philippine time, whichever comes first. After that, the planned regular price is ₱499. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you can download the files straight away. A copy of your download link and your Discord invite are also sent to the email address you used at checkout. If something doesn’t arrive, use the contact page and I’ll sort it out.

Refunds

If the bundle isn’t for you, contact me within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once refunded, your access to the community ends and you agree to delete the files.

How you may use the material

• You may use what you learn, and the templates, in your own freelance or website business, including with your clients.
• You may not resell, share, upload or give away the ebooks, templates or prompt pack, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.
• Your purchase is for one person. Please don’t share your download link or your Discord invite.

The community

Be kind and helpful, and don’t spam or promote unrelated offers. I may remove anyone who breaks these rules. The community is a bonus, provided as is, and may change over time.

No guarantee of income

The guides teach skills and share examples. They don’t promise any level of income or results. What you earn depends on your effort, your skills, your market and your clients.

Not professional advice

The content is educational. The templates are simple starting points and are not legal, tax or financial advice. For important projects, have a qualified professional review your agreements.

Third-party tools

The guides refer to tools such as Claude, Hostinger, WordPress, Elementor and Novamira. Those companies set their own prices and terms, which can change. This bundle is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, my total responsibility to you for anything related to the bundle is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. The terms in place when you bought apply to your purchase.
