Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information The Secret AI Side Gig (secretaisidegig.com, run by Gertrude Seco from Cebu, Philippines) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What I collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. This is how I deliver your downloads, send your receipt and Discord invite, and help if something goes wrong.
• Payment details: handled entirely by the payment provider (for example PayMongo or PayPal). I never see or store your full card number, e-wallet PIN or bank login. I only receive a confirmation that you paid, the amount and the method used.
• When you contact me: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
• When you browse: basic technical information that every website receives, such as your browser type, device and pages visited. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. If I add analytics or advertising tools later, I’ll list them on this page first.

How I use it

• To deliver what you bought and give you access to the community
• To answer your questions and give support
• To keep records required for tax and accounting
• To send you updates about the bundle you bought. I won’t send marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who else handles it

• Payment providers (such as PayMongo and PayPal) to process your payment, under their own privacy policies.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website and its database.
• Discord, if you join the community. Your Discord account and messages are covered by Discord’s own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are deleted once they’re no longer needed. You can ask me to delete anything that I’m not required to keep.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, object to how it’s used, or have it deleted or blocked. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, use the contact page.

Security

The site runs on HTTPS, and payments are processed on the provider’s secure systems. No website is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is for adults. If you’re under 18, please use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
